cchris08 @eericaphill Hi, no problem. The shaft is the measurement from the sole of the boot (not including the heel) to the top of the boot (basically how tall the boot is). Place one end of a tape measure at the back of the boot, directly above the boot sole (right where the heel starts). Extend the tape measure vertically along the outside of the boot until you reach the very top of the shaft. This length is your boot shaft height.
