Buffalo Sheer Blouse

Printed black sheer Buffalo David Bitton blouse with incredible ruffled sleeves. If I could marry these sleeves I would. Two layers of flowy ruffles on each arm to accentuate all your hand talking. Modern floral print all over with additional, smaller ruffle detailing along collar and across bust. Button and fabric hook on back of neck. The details in this are just *chef’s kiss*. Would be keeping but the arms are too tight. I’m clearly swol now. 100% polyester. Size large but fits more like a medium.
