I want everyone's experience on poshmark to be a good one. and I try hard to keep that standard. 90 % of my is nwt and nwot at a fraction of the original cost, so thanks again for your kind words and incurigment.

sro152 I ordered 2 items on 9/15/24, but they never shipped despite several messages. After weeks, you replied that you didn’t know how to set your account to “vacation mode,” which I understand. However, you were active during this time and could’ve notified me. You said you’d ship in 1-2 days, but it’s now 4 days and nothing has shipped. PM support has canceled my order. I chose you based on good reviews. Can you make this right, even though the order is canceled?
