Another one of my favorites is Forgetting Every Available Resource. I never have to go through anything alone, and I remembered that and asked for help, which is hard for me to do. I love when people as for my help, so it's rather selfish of me to not reach out to others who could feel needed and loved, and receive the gift of giving if only someone would ask for their assistance...

I am assuming the landlord visit worked out! I thought from your pics that u own a ranch somewhere in Colorado! :). That was a bummer about the flood - we had smthg like that a few years ago in our house and my husband's record collection got damaged. He was depressed for weeks after that!!
