NWOT This silk top by Joie is quite striking and the Royal blue colour just pops making the pattern come alive. The top fits true to size: PTP is 19.5 but stretched, it’s around 22”. The sides have a stretchy bit and that’s really great esp for larger cups. All in all, a great buy.
