This pretty sleeveless blouse is by CHARTER CLUB in a lovely shell and seahorse print called Ocean Paradise and the colour is Intrepid Blue Combo. It is 100% polyester and has a V-Neck with three pearly buttons and the front is lined under a sheer top layer and the bodice has fine pleating.
