CLEO Skirt Lovely White Bright Floral Polished Crisp Cotton Spandex NWOT SZ 2

This is a really pretty skirt by CLEO in a bright white and multi coloured floral print in reds, pinks, yellows and greens. It is a crisp polished fabric, 97% Cotton, 3% Spandex so there’s just enough stretch for comfort and lined and it closes with a concealed back zipper and there’s a kick pleat at the hem that is still stitched shut.
