traveling_jeans @killakellar I love your closet! Thank you for your support! I do have a couple questions regarding the process; what happens after a piece sells? Does Poshmark automatically send a postage through email? Is there anything to keep in the back of the mind and be aware of regarding the shipping and handling process that would be helpful for a Poshmark amateur like me, to know?

killakellar @traveling_jeans Aw, thanks so much that's so sweet! Exactly! So when you purchase something, or something is purchased from your closet, you will receive an email with a shipping label to print out! The package will be shipped by you or the seller (usually same or next day)and when it arrives you have 3 days to make sure everything looks good and accept the package!

killakellar @traveling_jeans Some tips I have learned if you are a seller: Include a thank you card and dress up your package nicely! I always wrap mine in a zip lock baggie (bc postal workers are allowed to smoke in their vehicle), then package it in tissue paper, and top it off with a sweet card!

killakellar @traveling_jeans If you're a buyer receiving a package: Make sure to inspect and accept the package immediately! Everyone has the same goal here, and that's to sell discounted fashion, but the seller will not receive their funds until the buyer accepts the package. If their is anything ever wrong with the item, don't accept it, and open up a case with Poshmark support!
