The skirt portion of dress is flared and in Satin but overlayed with lace with lovely subtle sparkles throughout. Spaghetti Straps are adjustable. Made in Canada. This dress is labeled as a Small Size 11, but fits small more like a Size 8. Great dress for special occasions and travels well, can easily be packed.
