This is NWT dress in a medium by UMGEE. It is so incredibly romantic and breathtaking. With the embroidered lace front and back, the front in lined but the back isn’t( hence the tape roll trying to show it’s not that opaque). It’s a gathered A-Line skirt which would look absolutely fabulous with tights and tall boots this fall/winter. Another gorgeous piece by UMGEE.
