COPY - Polka dot maxi dress EUC

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tararoche. Was posted as an XL and tag says XL, but I do not find the chest/top fits like an XL. I have measured (*see photos). I would say a large small or a medium fit, depending on your frame. I have listed as a medium. Please let me know of any questions or additional measurements if required! This dress is lined inside (sheer outside). Thanks 😊
