Pajar Duck lace winter boots

Reposhing this item I purchased from @josselynparra. I just recieved these and unfortunately they do not fit. I cannot get past the calf portion. I was told the boot fits more like a 9, but tag says 39 (which is smaller). I am not certain on how the shoe part fits, as my feet/calves are too large to get in the boot entirely. I will change the sizing back to a 39, but please note the above information. Also I feel this boot is more ideal for a thinner foot/calf/leg. Gorgeous boots. My loss, your gain. I would just like to make back what I spent. Thanks!!
