Men's modern single pleated olive green flannel, wool / cashmere dress pants. EUC, although a couple small, barely noticeable spots next to the fly. Will most likely come out with drycleaing. I bought them new and only wore them twice. They have hidden side seam hip pockets, suspender buttons, 1.5" cuffs. Actual Measurements Waist=35" Thighs = 28" Inseam=29" Bottom=18"
