Can't Relax Halter Mini Dress

Never worn Size medium Paid 110 duties and shipping I purchased this for our romantic Parisian trip but did not arrive in time. I am unfortunately downsizing & therefore have decided to part ways. No damage, no pilling, brand new in a smoke free home. ~All items in my closet were purchased for myself - either I bought them and realized they did not fit and the return date has passed or did not love the fit on my body. High prices reflect brand new quality pieces that I rather keep if not sold at the price point they are worthy of.~
