Stunning and Authentic Carolina Herrera fit-and-flare cocktail dress as seen on TV, worn by Olivia Pope on Scandal.
This dress was worn only once at an (Obama) White House holiday party back in 2016. I have had it hanging in my closet ever since in a dust bag. It's a very classy gown, and the floral print fabric is almost like a jacquard. Size 4 on the label but fits like a 2-4. My waist is 26", and bust 34", and it fits nicely. Hips loose.
Worn once, no tags, excellent condition.
