Gosh I wish I had a little girl to put this on! Gorgeous sundress from Carter’s. Pretty pale blue with a scattering of white and yellow flowers. Crisscross straps on this dress with a straight across neckline. Single ruffle going down either side of the dress. Elasticized around back where straps attach for a better fit. Like new.
