Cashmere & silk Alan Paine sweater — EUC

This beautiful, berry-coloured sweater is wonderfully soft and in excellent condition. Sadly, it’s just too small for me. Alan Paine is a British heritage menswear brand, founded in 1907. This sweater, made in Latvia to their high standards, is a luxurious blend of 70% cashmere and 30% silk. No, seriously — it’s REALLY soft. The truest representation of the colour is in the first two shots, where the sweater is hanging against a white background. It is a U.K. large, so a North American medium. It fits slim, with an elasticized waist and cuffs. Please note the measurements in the photos. (The waist is meant to stretch, obviously.) It’s a gorgeous sweater. I’m bummed it didn’t fit me.
