CeCe size M black flouncy sleeve tunic top

Lovely, comfortable, heavy-weight black polyester tunic with long sleeves. The sleeves and overall length are for a regular human, not ridiculously long. lol! Colour is pure black (lighting makes it look faded but it’s not). The back vent at the neck has a button closure. The neckline is demure. But the party is all about the sleeves, which have 10” of tiers (3 tiers) at the bottom.
