Chagall Textured Mixed Media Collage Textured Faux Bustier Cowl Neck Tunic

In EUC! I have another similar tunic top and love them both, but I don't wear pink too often, so this top needs a good home! This is for someone who likes avant garde looks or is a little eccentric. Tagged as size small but would also fit size medium, please see measurements. The base of the tunic is a very soft black knit. The cuffs are mesh with a streetstyle graphic printed on. The same print is used on the front of the top along with 3-D ruffles/textured elements and bold hot pink contrast stitching to give the appearance of a bustier. The hem of the top is asymmetrical.
