Charming Red and Black Tutu Dress Handmade

This delightful kids' dress features a soft black bodice with a fluffy tutu skirt, accented by a white polka dots and a red ribbon. Perfect for special occasions. Approximately 16.5" from top of bodice to bottom of skirt. Approximately a size 2t-3t. This item is handmade, and is new and unused, but has no tags. Though the bodice and tulle skirt materials are prone to developing pulls, I do not see any present on this piece. Comes from a pet friendly home.
