Charming White and Black Tutu Dress Handmade

This delightful kids' dress features a soft half black half white bodice with a fluffy tutu skirt, accented by a charming red ribbon. Perfect for special occasions. Has a dalmations/Cruella vibe. Approximately 12.5" from top of bodice to bottom of skirt. Approximately a size 12m. This item is handmade, and is new and unused, but has no tags. Though the bodice and tulle skirt materials are prone to developing pulls, I do not see any present on this piece. Comes from a pet friendly home.
