Charming White and Pink Tutu Dress Handmade

This gorgeous kids' dress features a soft white bodice with a fluffy tutu skirt, accented by a charming pink flower. Perfect for special occasions. Has a white tulle and ribbon accent on the front as well. Approximately 24" from top of bodice to bottom of skirt. Approximately a size 6/7 girl. This item is handmade, and is new and unused, but has no tags. Though the bodice and tulle skirt materials are prone to developing pulls, I do not see any present on this piece. Comes from a pet friendly home.
