Cheri Bliss Hankerchief Chiffon Top

Brand new with tags is this lovely chiffon top with rhinestones. It is Hankerchief style. There is no size tag and it came that way. It fits a size L/XL. I am a 2xl and it is definitely small on me around the bust. I wish it fit as it is flowy and very flattering. It is a cream chiffon.
