Gorgeous retro/pin-up style dress from Cherry Velvet. Super vivid, lightweight purple polyester with just enough stretch to be comfortable but still look structured. The bust shaping is incredibly flattering. Sweetheart neckline and circle skirt. Waist tie and pockets. Worn once as a bridesmaid.
Measurements:
Marked as a medium but this brand runs large. I'm typically a size 10 and it fit perfectly.
Bust: 40" (tag says 18", but I'm a DD/40" bust and it fit me perfectly - some give in the neckline)
Waist: 32"

@perchance2seam The fabric is really stretchy so there's a bit of give, but not much. i'd say up to a 33" waist would be comfortable.

@laurakatebb I'm not sure if the waist pleating is original. It was there when I bought it. It isn't noticible when worn and sits well with a larger bust.
