This cream colored silk chiffon seersucker in a ribbon stripe pattern is perfect for a beautiful summer. Evening dress from the 1970s. Spaghetti straps, a ruffled bodice, and a fabulous double bias skirt. The ruffled bodice is accented with a matching bow. The dress has a back zipper and elastic waist.
