@_sweet_fashion_ It fits true to size. Underarm measurement is 16 inches and it fits my 27 inch waist and 34 inch chest, but I’d say it could fit up to a 35 inch chest or possibly a touch larger due to extra room and stretch. The waist would be tight over 27 inches.

I have a small chest (about 31 inches). Does the dress have a lot of extra room in the chest area? if so, it wouldn't fit me. Thanks!

The underarm-to-underarm measurement is 16 inches, so there is about 32 inches unstretched. It should be just right for you without stretching to fit. For reference, it fit me with stretch (my chest is about 34-35 inches) but IMO it would look better on someone with a smaller chest and ribs which is why I ended up reposhing this piece.It's a really high quality dress with great fabric and structure! Hope this helps. Happy to retake extra measurements if you'd like.
