Classic 18K Gold Plated Pendant With Black Tahitian (?) Pearl

Elegant and classy pendant, 18 karat white gold plated. With natural teardrop pearl that has high luster and looks like Black Tahitian pearl. I don't know enough to say for sure, please see closeup pictures for details. It is mostly smooth, with what looks like a birth mark on the bottom, which can be seen in the last picture.
