Good preowned condition - Cleo navy polka dot trench coat in size medium petites There are 2 buttons that are supposed to be on the shoulders with a clip that are missing but do not alter the appearance of the coat (see last picture provided). All other buttons are firmly secured and in working order. Tie to secure the jacket in the front of it can be secured in the back for a more cinched look.
