Very good preowned condition, stretchy open cardigan vest and tank top in one by Cleo. This is such an awesome top. The outer layer is a dark, dark, navy blue/almost black with a rounded neck, while the under features an abstract dark navy blue and white pattern semi-cropped tank. Just an amazing piece. I'm unsure what the fabric is but it feels like it could be rayon or viscose as it is soft and natural feeling, but I could be wrong. There is an illusion or window in the front between top and bottom layer and a small keyhole at the back where the closure is. A very nice and unique piece by a Canadian company. Can't seem to locate tag.
