Cleo Petites size 18 dark navy/white skirt with paisley print. Waistband is ribbed with drawstrings that is stretchy and very forgiving. Skirt has front and back pockets with double stitching and rivet detail on the front. Measurements:waist 19.5”, length 19”, hip 23.5” and waistband width 1.5”. Material is 98% Cotton and 2% Spandex. This is a previously loved item and is in excellent condition.
