Cleo Petites sheath dress

VGUC - Lovely bright shift dress for many occasions. - From the early-mid 2000s. - The waist band snaps at the back. The snaps have been replaced over time. The band is not tightly sewed on (it's how it came) and there is a small area where is has lost a stitch or two at the end (easily fixed).
