Women’s like new plus size navy skirt. Has a tie at the waist. Fits really well and true to size. Comfortable and fully lined. Length approx 24” from waist to hem. Has a clasp closure and zipper at front waist. Two rear false pockets and two front pockets which are still sewn shut.
