These are in very good used condition. Fabric blend has one percent spandex so these have a bit of stretch. Measured flat-measurements are approximate The waist measures 28 inches The rise measures 9 inches The hips measure 31 inches The seat measures 17 1/2 inches The leg opening measures 20 inches The inseam measures 27 1/4 inches The bottom leg opening measures 11 inches around There is one minor flaw near the front zipper.
