Cleo pull on pant, size XL but fit more like a size larger, about a 1x

Reposhing this item I purchased from @paigescott8. Loved it, but I forgot that Cleo sometimes fits bigger. I’d say these are more like a 1x. I’ll try to post some photos with measurements. Questions? Leave a comment below!
