NWT From a Japanese brand Clette. Size 4L which is similar to 2X in American Sizing. Flat measurements Bust 25" Waist 21.5" Length 44" No pockets and very little stretch. Front has buttons for easy on and off. Made of 95% polyester and 5% polyurethane.
