@lilybelle47 I wouldn't say flowy exactly, by flowy do you mean A-line? It's pretty straight I would say, maybe a little loose around the hips. Sorry I'm not totally sure what to say here, I haven't worn it in a little while so can't totally remember, therefore I'm not sure what to say but I wouldn't call it flowy
