is this a shoulder bag and does it zipper on top I mean open the zipper on top thanks

@emaygoodin Good morning. It does have a zipper on the top in between 2 snap pockets but no, this is not a shoulder bag. It hangs from the 2 handles (think how Queen E used to carry her bag). There are no fixtures to add a hang strap.

although to be fair, you COULD carry it over the shoulder, it would just be a short hang!
