This is a Cocco Bella 🇮🇹 silk polka dot sleeveless flowy blouse. It’s got a viscose lining and a teardrop cut out in the front neckline and a teardrop closure in the back. It’s a loose fit. Made in Italy. There is no size tag on the top. I’ve listed as a medium based on the measurements. It’s in excellent condition.
