Cold Shoulder Flowy Midi Dress (Torrid Size 2)

This gorgeous flowy midi dress is perfect for semi-formal events. It is a beautiful indigo colour that appears both dark blue and purple in different lighting. It was bought for full price and only worn once to a dinner (see pictures) and is in as-good-as-new condition! It is a Torrid Size 2 and fit me (5'9"/250lbs/size 18) beautifully.
