Coleman Unisex Size Medium Green PVC Slicker Long Trench Rain Coat Carry Bag This jacket measures 24 1/2" across the back from underarm to underarm, so I believe it may be a man's medium. It is 24" from the underarm to the cuff and 39" from the back of the collar to the hem. If you fold it up nicely it will fit into the carry bag.
