greenbubbles Oh my god I’m so sorry I didn’t notice any scratch! I should have checked it more carefully. I really don’t recall seeing one. If you are not happy with it, I’d be fine to take a return and refund you. So sorry you had to go through this. T_T

color_your_day @greenbubbles No worries! It's fine. I do like the bag and the color. It just took me by surprise. The good thing is the color is NOT scratched off and it's at the back. Looks like a deep scratch by something hard but NOT sharp. No big deal since you give me a good price. Now I don't have to baby it. ;) Thank you for kindly offering the return but I'm keeping it. Haha~
