All you can do - re: ebae or any other app - is try to protect yourself with lots of photos, solid descriptions and documentation. Save everything. Someone did a deep dive into my husband's major CC acct this weekend... cyber/online criminals are here to stay and they're good. Best of luck! 🐩 💞

scarlet_avery Thanks for the advice Brenda. Sorry to hear about your husband's CC breach - it happened to me years ago, I felt violated. I think I can detect a scam at this point - basically when I list an item & I get immediate (and multiple) responses or weird offers - then I'm 99% certain it's a creep. Ebay is sketch, not sure if listing there is a wonderful idea unless it's from a trusted buyer with a legit profile.
