Cougar Devon Suede Waterproof Boots

Nice and comfy boots, perfect for cold days, but also waterproof. These seem to run a bit large, and the website and reviews say to size down one size so would be good for 8 1/2 to 9 foot, I have added a measurement to help. appx 10 1/4" footbed. I have listed them as an 8 1/2 but they are a size 8. These were only worn inside to try out.
