cherisse82 Hello, sorry to hear that there was a problem with your item. I can assure you and have no need to lie that the item has never been used. It was purchased from a department store. You also mention the smell, I don’t smoke or have pets an nor do I use mouth balls whatever is that. I own a very successful business and all my items are at the store. My store is well kept and very clean. The only items used in my store are air freshener to keep the store smelling nice which everyone those.

tris1957 oh, how id love a puppy!...but i hav my eye on a rescue that want use her back legs, i rescued an english bulldog with same problem yrs aga, so if no one takes her, im there ...its harder now that im older and hav a neurological cond.
