ses54 Just go to the listing & look at the last picture & it shows 2 different ways to wear them. I don't own a pair but I purchased several of these from a Poshmark wholesale site called "Willa" to sell. I believe you just put them in & then turn them up along your ear. You would probably have to make sure they are tight to keep them from falling back down I would think. Hope that helps.
