Cowl Neck Floral Midi Dress

Elegant floral print dress with a flattering draped design. Perfect for any occasion. Never worn but no tags. Trying to clear out my closet. I removed the tags thinking I would wear it for an event but ended up wearing a different dress. It has adjustable straps and a cowl neck.
