Crinkle Dress Sz L

This light blue crinkle dress has two front pockets and lace along the bottom and neckline. Pit to Pit is 20 in so I labelled it a sz L The label says Tessanan although I am not clear on the T since the fancy moniker makes it difficult to decipher. In any case it would make a great beach or summer dress.
