Cute striped puff sleeve 80s-does-50s blouse

Bought this really cute puff sleeve 80s-does-50s top recently but later decided I wasn't that into it, looking for a new home. Such a classic retro style with little shoulder pads on the inside, possibly the top part of a two-piece dress. P. Rich brand, made in the USA. Wear it with a full pinup skirt, or as part of a fun 80s office-inspired outfit! The blue and grey stripes give it a little bit of an Edwardian seaside vibe to me. Never worn by me other than to try on, washed gently before listing. Condition: there is a tiny, barely noticeable pinprick hole at the back of the collar and the underarms have some visible wear (see pictures), but overall in good used condition. Size: fits S, measures about 16" from pit to pit lying flat and along the bottom. Best for someone with a petite bust. Please note that the fabric has no stretch. Fibre content: no materials tag, but definitely feels like cotton or a cotton blend. All my items come from a smoke-free, pet-free home.
