DC Jeans Summer Tunic, Soft, Stretchy, NWOT

This is in like new condition. It looks and feels like a soft knit. The fabric is wrinkle free, soft and has lots of stretch This can be washed at home and will pack well. Nice summer colors, including blue, teal, and white. Measured flat the bottom is 33 inches across! Really nice piece for work or for casual this summer!
