DKNY, NWT elegant navy cotton midi belted skirt dress

DKNY, new with tags, stylish Navy Blue shirt dress. Has great details: covered buttons, nice wide belt, sliming seams than run vertically along front on the dress. Nice detail pleated sleeves. Slight stretch in the cotton, as it has 2% Spandex. Unfortunately, doesn’t fit, and I missed the return window.
